BlackStone Pavement Group** * Residential and commercial sealcoating * Asphalt maintenance * Crack filling * Parking lot striping * Local service lead generation ### Responsibilities * Manage all social media platforms * Create engaging short-form and long-form content * Repurpose videos into multiple content formats * Build and manage lead generation funnels * Create high-converting landing pages * Develop email marketing campaigns * Create AI-generated videos and avatars * Write compelling marketing copy * Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies * Develop automated marketing workflows * Build systems that consistently create and distribute content * Monitor analytics and continually improve performance * Coordinate marketing efforts across all three companies ### AI Platforms & Software Experience Required Applicants must have hands-on experience with several of the following: * HeyGen * Captivation Hub * Captivation Genius * NotebookLM * Google Gemini * ChatGPT * Canva * Meta Business Suite * Google Workspace * CRM platforms * Marketing automation software * Landing page builders * Email marketing platforms Experience with additional AI tools and workflow automation platforms is a significant advantage. ### What We're Looking For * Proven experience managing multiple brands * Strong portfolio of social media campaigns * Demonstrated success generating leads * Excellent copywriting skills * Experience creating viral and engaging content * Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong communication skills * Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven * Comfortable learning new AI tools as they become available ### Bonus Skills * Video editing * Graphic design * Funnel optimization * SEO * Google Ads * Facebook Ads * CRM integrations * Automation using AI and workflow tools ### What Success Looks Like We are looking for someone who can build a repeatable marketing engine that consistently generates: * More listing opportunities * More buyer leads * More commercial and residential drone clients * More sealcoating estimates * Stronger brand awareness across all companies This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
