Social media manager

What you’ll own: • Manage posting, scheduling, and account upkeep across multiple client accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) • Own each account’s layout, visual design, and overall look — including designing carousels and graphics in Canva • Handle interactions — comments, DMs, community engagement — in each brand’s voice • Work closely with the strategist to make sure everything posted aligns with the client’s content strategy, not built in isolation • Keep each account’s calendar on track and consistent across all accounts simultaneously What we need from you: • Real experience managing multiple social accounts at once • Comfortable designing in Canva — carousels, layout, visual consistency • Strong sense of tone and brand voice, adaptable across different clients • Reliable, organized, and able to work closely with a team rather than independently in a silo • Fast learner, comfortable with our internal systems (Notion + Telegram) — full training provided Why this role: We prioritize growth, both for our clients and for our team. As we take on more clients, the number of accounts you manage may grow with the agency — more ownership, more accounts, and genuine long-term potential as a core part of the team, not a short-term gig.
