Title: Soft Sales / Appointment Setter for Private Aviation Consulting Offer I’m looking for someone who can make low-pressure outreach calls to private aviation businesses in the United States. This is not a hard-sell cold calling role. The right person is more of a bridge builder than a bulldog. The work is simple, but it needs the right touch. You’ll be calling operators, gatekeepers, and decision-makers, opening the door in a calm, professional way, and seeing whether there is a real business problem worth talking about. The areas we care about are pilot retention, broker relationships, client retention, and owner/operator pressure. The goal is not to pressure anyone. The goal is to create enough trust and curiosity for the right person to say, “Yes, this may be worth a conversation.” This is a commission-based role with 20% commission plus additional upside for the right person. For someone who is good at this and can help create qualified conversations, $2,000 to $3,000 per month is a realistic target. You need to be a native or near-native English speaker and able to call U.S. businesses during normal U.S. business hours. You should be comfortable using a simple script, but the call still needs to sound natural. The tone matters: calm, human, respectful, and curious. After each meaningful call, I need the raw transcript or recording transcript. Please also include the company name, who you spoke with, the outcome, and any next step. This may be a good fit if you are steady on the phone, good with people, comfortable with outbound calls, and able to create curiosity without pressure. This is probably not a good fit if you are a hard closer, a spam dialer, or someone who thinks sales means pushing people into a decision.
