Software Development Company Seeking Outreach Strategy

Summary

We are a software development company that creates scalable SaaS products for founders and product companies. We have been working for 18 years, and currently, we don't manage any outreach channels except for Upwork/referrals/LinkedIn (a small part) to gain new leads and clients. At the moment, we are considering some options to start our outreach with Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn, but we haven't defined a plan yet. We have a strong portfolio and understand that our ICP matters as well as our offer. We want to land new leads according to our ICP, set up a system, and get new projects. We are looking for a specialist who can consult us on which strategy would be the best for us, and maybe create a plan we can stick to. It would be great if you had worked with software development companies before and know this niche; it is a big advantage. If you can propose your strategy, we are open to hearing it. Please highlight your experience with software development companies, and don't use AI to write your proposals. Shorter is better, but I need your real experience in human language. We want to shortlist candidates and, based on interviews, decide on the plan for how to move forward.
