A Marketing Strategist is needed for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness for our software startup. We're a software startup with a product that helps to improve the performance, reliability, and management of PCs. You will work directly with the owner and you will be responsible for defining an agile marketing strategy based on available metrics and market trends. You will analyze data, identify target audiences, and create campaigns that effectively reach and engage customers. Monitoring and evaluating the success of marketing initiatives will be crucial to making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and available metrics to define an agile marketing strategy. Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that effectively reach and engage customers. Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure your marketing efforts are innovative and effective. Collaborate with external partners or freelancers to develop compelling content that aligns with your brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role in a startup environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with external partners or freelancers.
