Solidworks Electrical Automation Work Review.

We need a SolidWorks Electrical designer for a specific automation project. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end electrical design of control panels and machine automation systems from schematic to final documentation. Scope of Work for This Project 1. Schematic Development: Create complete electrical schematics in SolidWorks Electrical based on P&ID, I/O lists, and functional requirements. 2. Control Panel Design: Design PLC, VFD, and MCC panels for automation equipment. Include power distribution, control logic, safety circuits, and emergency circuits. 3. 3D Layout & DFM: Develop 3D panel layouts, ensure proper spacing, cooling, cable routing, and manufacturing feasibility. 4. Documentation Package: Generate project-specific BOM, wire numbers, terminal strips, cable lists, and connection diagrams for shop floor. 5. Design Review: Revise designs based on project engineer/client feedback. Maintain revision control for all drawings. 6. Standards: Follow project standards + IEC 60204-1 / NFPA 79. Ensure wire labeling and component tagging as per project spec. 7. Handover: Deliver final SolidWorks Electrical project files, PDFs, and manufacturing data package on project completion.
