Sr AI Solution Architect | Build a Productized AI Revenue Recovery Platform that Sells Repeatedly

About Us: We are an AI Agency that helps small and medium-sized businesses transform their people and processes using practical AI. Our goal isn't to build one-off automations. We're building repeatable AI products that can be deployed across multiple businesses with minimal customization. Our product is an AI Revenue Recovery System that helps home service companies (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical, Restoration, Pest Control, etc.) recover missed revenue through AI-powered lead follow-up, estimate recovery, customer reactivation, CRM automation, and intelligent workflows. We're looking for someone who thinks like a software solutions architect—not just an automation builder. What You'll Build: You'll help design and build Version 1 of our AI Revenue Recovery System. The goal is not to build custom solutions for every client. The goal is to build a reusable platform that can be configured for many clients. Examples include: • Lead Recovery Engine • Estimate Follow-up Automation • Missed Call Recovery • Customer Reactivation Campaigns • AI Lead Scoring • CRM Integrations • AI Email & SMS Follow-up • Revenue Dashboards • Human-in-the-loop Approval Queues • AI Business Copilot Over time this becomes our internal product library. What We're Looking For: You think in systems. You ask, "How do we build this once and deploy it 100 times?" instead of "How do I automate this one client?" You should be comfortable making architecture decisions that balance speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost. Required Experience: -We're looking for someone with strong experience designing production-grade AI systems using some combination of but not limited to: -OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs -Claude -Gemini -LangChain or LlamaIndex (or similar AI orchestration frameworks) -Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) -Vector databases -REST APIs -Webhooks -Microsoft Power Automate -N8n, make.com, zapier -CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, -GoHighLevel, etc.) -Twilio or SMS APIs -Email automation -Azure or AWS -PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases -Git -Experience with multi-tenant architecture is a huge plus. Your Responsibilities You will: -Design scalable AI solution architectures -Recommend the best technology stack for each -component and for security -Build reusable automation modules -Build integrations with CRMs and third-party platforms -Create reusable workflows that can be configured per client -Develop AI agents and business copilots -Document architecture and deployment processes -Help create an internal automation library -Collaborate during client discovery calls as technical expertise is needed Nice to Have: Experience working with or understand: Home service businesses (HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, etc) Revenue operations Sales automation Lead management systems AI-powered customer service Multi-tenant SaaS applications How We Work: We're building long-term. This is not a quick automation project. We're creating a repeatable productized AI service that can be deployed across many companies.
