AI Solution Architect & Enterprise AI Trainer (Long-Term Opportunity

We are a technology consulting and digital transformation company with a strong background in SaaS products, software development, business analysis, and project management. Our team regularly works with clients on digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries. As AI adoption continues to accelerate, we are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect who can train and mentor our consulting team to confidently engage with clients, understand AI opportunities, design high-level solutions, and position AI services effectively. This is not a developer training role. We are looking for someone who can teach us how to think like AI consultants and solution architects. What We Need We are looking for someone who can provide structured training covering: AI Fundamentals Current AI ecosystem LLMs and how they work AI terminology Choosing the right AI models AI capabilities and limitations Solution Architecture How to analyze client requirements Identifying AI opportunities in business processes AI system architecture RAG architecture AI Agents Multi-agent systems MCP (Model Context Protocol) Prompt engineering best practices AI workflow design AI orchestration Human-in-the-loop workflows AI Technologies Overview of tools and platforms such as: OpenAI Anthropic (Claude) Google Gemini Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock LangChain LangGraph CrewAI Vector Databases Pinecone Weaviate ChromaDB n8n Make.com Zapier Enterprise AI Security considerations Data privacy Model selection Cost optimization AI governance Scaling AI solutions Deployment approaches Client Consulting Train our team on how to: Conduct AI discovery workshops Ask the right business questions Identify automation opportunities Recommend AI solutions Prepare solution proposals Estimate AI implementation projects Position AI services with clients Sales Enablement Help us become confident in: Speaking with enterprise clients Explaining AI in business terms Handling technical questions Building trust during pre-sales discussions Designing solution architectures before implementation Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has: Experience designing enterprise AI solutions Experience implementing production AI applications Strong understanding of AI architecture Excellent communication and teaching skills Experience working with business stakeholders Ability to simplify complex AI concepts Experience conducting workshops or corporate training Consulting experience is highly preferred.
