AI Solutions Engineer

We're a managed IT and security firm serving small-to-midsize businesses and the Defense Industrial Base. As an Anthropic partner, we're building out an AI practice — using Claude and modern agent tooling to automate operations and deliver smarter services to our clients — and we're hiring an engineer to help lead it. What you'll do Build agentic applications and automations using the Claude Agent SDK and Claude API — tool integration, multi-step workflows, structured output Integrate AI into real engineering workflows: Claude Code for development and CI/CD, MCP servers connecting Claude to backend systems Design reliable production systems: error handling, human-in-the-loop escalation, context management across long-running tasks Help shape our AI service offering as it grows What we're looking for Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (Claude, or comparable tooling) Solid scripting and automation background — Python, PowerShell, or similar Familiarity with developer tooling and CI/CD workflows Clear communicator who can work with non-technical stakeholders MSP, IT services, or security background is a plus, not required Why join us As part of paid onboarding, you'll complete Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification, including the online proctored exam — a credential you keep
