Key Responsibilities Design & Build: Develop specialized AI agents for sales, customer service, and lead follow-up. System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions with our existing CRM platforms and tech stack. Omni-channel Automation: Create automated workflows for email, text messaging, and voice communications. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor, optimize, and refine AI performance to ensure high-quality, human-like interactions. Required Qualifications Proven experience with AI agent platforms and automation tools. Deep knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. Expertise in tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, Sierra Interactive, or similar.
