Summary

We are looking for an experienced commercial professional based in South Korea to help us establish direct partnerships with leading Korean beauty brands and distributors. Target companies include: Goodai Global: Beauty of Joseon COSRX Inc.: COSRX Amorepacific Group: Laneige Craver Corporation: SKIN1004 APR Corp.: Medicube Biodance: Biodance Celimax: Celimax Your role will be to identify and approach the right decision-makers, secure introductions and meetings, support negotiations, and help broker large commercial agreements. Ideal profile: Strong commercial and negotiation skills Existing relationships with Korean beauty brands, distributors, or export teams Deep understanding of the K-beauty industry Proven ability to broker large B2B deals Strong network within the Korean beauty market Fluent Korean and strong English Compensation: Hourly rate Success fee based on qualified introductions and closed agreements When applying, please include: Relevant K-beauty experience and industry relationships Examples of deals you have helped broker Your hourly rate Your proposed success-fee structure
