Para lograr tener el mismo éxito desde el inicio, necesitamos que tu campus se vea vivo, ya con actividades socialmente magnetizantes y el ambiente preparado, antes de que tu campus sea habilitado y puedan entrar todxs lxs demás. 🛠️ Fase 1: Tu Semana de Prueba (Estatus: Candidatas) Durante tu primera semana, prepararás el terreno para duplicar el ambiente tal como ocurrió en EE. UU. Tus 2 objetivos de la Fase 1: A.) Integrar a tu Vice-Embajadora: Elegirás a una amiga o compañera de confianza de otro salón u otra carrera dentro del mismo campus, para que juntas rompan con el aislamiento social y hagan historia ahí (te daremos el link de Upwork de ese trabajo, el cual será casi idéntico al trabajo en los milestones de Upwork que se te agregarán para la siguiente etapa/Fase de continuación). Ella comenzará su labor la semana siguiente a tu primera semana de publicaciones. Piensa en esa amiga con la que siempre notas la ansiedad social cuando pasas por la cafetería o donde todos esperan al transporte público, hasta el aislamiento en los pasillos de la facultad y en otros lugares: esta es la oportunidad para que ambas sean el dúo que vuelva a darle vida y conexión humana a su universidad. Tu objetivo es asegurarte de que acepte la oportunidad en Upwork y se integre a la misión local para que comience su labor. B.) Milestone por TU Calificación ($20 USD): En tu segunda semana de trabajo (que será tu primera semana teniendo tu propia cuenta especial para liderar la comunidad), se te habilitará la función para invitar y permitir que otros inviten y compartan dentro de tu creciente red local exclusiva. Si logras "calificar" tu cuenta antes de que termine esa semana, recibes este bono de $20 USD. Milestone por Calificación de tu Vice-Embajadora ($70 USD): Este gran bono se libera en cuanto tu Vice-Embajadora logre "calificar" en la plataforma y convertirse en Embajadora Oficial durante su primera semana teniendo su propia cuenta especial. ¡El éxito fundacional de ella significa un gran éxito financiero para ti!
