Spanish-Speaking Sales Caller — Construction App (Warm Inbound Leads)

Summary

We're a construction estimating app. Contractors download it and leave their phone number asking for help getting set up — these are warm inbound leads, not cold calls. About 40% of them speak Spanish, and right now they're going to waste because our current caller only speaks English. We're looking for a US-based, native Spanish speaker (fluent English too) with phone-sales experience to call these leads, build rapport, and convert them into paid subscribers. What you'll do - Call warm leads from a shared Google Sheet (US numbers — they already downloaded the app and asked for help) - Run each call in the lead's language (Spanish or English) and build rapport contractor-to-contractor - Uncover their pain ("Where are you losing money? Are you underbidding the complex/technical jobs?"), show the value (snap a photo of the plan → the app gives the square footage → a full bid in under a minute), then pitch the subscription and send the payment link right on the call - Log every call's outcome in the sheet (picked up / language / outcome / price reaction / objections / next step) and record your calls - Follow up with interested leads, and help us refine the Spanish sales process The pilot (first engagement) To start, we want you to complete 10 full (connected) calls — i.e., 10 real conversations with leads who pick up — with recordings, the sheet filled in, and a short debrief on what's working. Based on results we expand into an ongoing role. (Simple NDA required.) What we provide - A daily-refreshed list of warm leads (~half Spanish-speaking) - A proven script and angle ("deja de cobrar de menos" / stop underbidding yourself) - Access to the tracking sheet and clear logging instructions Requirements - US-based — able to call US numbers from your own phone/dialer, on US time - Native Spanish speaker + fluent English (both needed) - Phone-sales experience (construction / home services / subscriptions a big plus) - Reliable, disciplined about logging, comfortable recording calls Pay Fixed pilot rate for the 10 calls + a bonus for each subscription you close.
