Job Post: AI Specialist / Agent Builder — Consultant & Guide Overview We're a commercial real estate company looking for an experienced AI specialist to help us build custom AI agents tailored to our business workflows. This isn't just a build-and-hand-off job — we need someone who can guide a non-technical team through the process, explain what we're building and why, and help us make smart decisions along the way. What we're looking for We want someone who has built AI agents for real business use cases — not just personal projects. You should be comfortable working with tools like the Copilot, Claude , OpenAI, or similar platforms, and just as comfortable explaining what you're doing in plain English to people who don't write code. This role is part builder, part consultant, part teacher. If you can only do one of those things, this probably isn't the right fit. What we'll work on together We'll define the scope together in the first session, but broadly we're looking at agents that can handle internal workflows — things like document processing, communications support, and task coordination. We're open to your input on what's realistic and what's the best approach. Requirements - Proven experience building AI agents for business use (please share examples or portfolio) - Able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders — no jargon without explanation - Available to work Pacific Time hours, or at minimum have significant overlap (PT preferred) - Honest about scope, timelines, and what's actually possible A note on approach We're not looking for the most elaborate solution — we're looking for the right one. If there's a simpler way to solve a problem, we want to hear it.
