HR Specialist

Jaycon Systems is looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Specialist to support our growing global team. This is a full-time position supporting Jaycon Systems' global HR and recruiting operations. we prefer the candidates currently located in China due to business operations, language requirements, and collaboration with local teams. This is a hybrid role, and occasional office presence may be required based on business needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. You will play a key role in managing hiring processes, onboarding, HR administration, employee support, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. Experience working in fast-paced environments and supporting remote teams is highly valued. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: * Job postings * Candidate screening * Interview coordination * Offer letters * Onboarding * Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate evaluations * Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation * Support employee relations and HR policy implementation * Coordinate onboarding and training processes * Assist with performance management and employee feedback tracking * Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations * Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting * Support HR process improvements and internal initiatives * Help maintain HR procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards Requirements * 2+ years of HR or recruiting experience * Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) * Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) * Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking and Chinese-speaking candidates and employees * Experience with remote hiring and interview coordination * Experience recruiting and supporting employees in China is strongly preferred * Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR documentation * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to handle confidential information professionally * Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills * Experience with employee relations and compliance is a plus * Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones and maintain working hours that support both China-based and international teams * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred * SHRM certification is a plus
