Part-Time with Growth to Full-Time Remote Position Are you a skilled relationship builder who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and connecting decision-makers with valuable marketing solutions? We're looking for a highly motivated Sponsorship Development Representative to help expand sponsorship and advertising partnerships across a growing portfolio of multifamily media brands. This is more than a traditional appointment-setting role. You'll be introducing companies to one of the largest and most engaged audiences in the multifamily industry while helping build long-term relationships with potential sponsors and advertising partners. About Us We operate several established and rapidly growing media platforms serving the multifamily housing industry, including: • Multifamily NOW (the industry's only 24/7 internet radio platform) • Multifamily Matters Radio Show • Multifamily From the Ground Up Collectively, our platforms reach more than 110,000 multifamily professionals through our weekly newsletter, radio programming, podcasts, social media channels, and digital media properties. Our audience includes: • Multifamily owners • Management companies • Asset managers • Regional operators • Executive leadership teams • Supplier partners • Technology providers • Industry service providers What You'll Do • Conduct outreach to prospective sponsors and advertising partners using targeted prospect lists. • Send personalized email campaigns through Microsoft Outlook. • Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and other business networking platforms. • Build relationships with decision-makers and identify sponsorship opportunities. • Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for our leadership team. • Manage follow-up activities and nurture prospects through the sales process. • Update CRM records and maintain accurate prospect information. • Coordinate with internal team members regarding opportunities and scheduled meetings. • Help identify new categories of potential sponsors and strategic partners. A minimum of four working hours per day must fall between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time. Additional hours may become available as responsibilities expand.
