**Athlete & Partnership Development Representative (Remote)** **About Donovan Mental Performance** Donovan Mental Performance is a premier mental performance and human development agency serving athletes, teams, coaches, executives, and organizations. Our work combines applied performance psychology, clinical expertise, and experiential training to help high performers maximize achievement under pressure. We work with athletes ranging from youth and collegiate levels to professional sports, as well as executives and leadership teams seeking elite performance strategies. **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly motivated Athlete & Partnership Development Representative to help expand our relationships throughout the sports and performance industries. This is not a high-volume sales position. Success is built through relationship development, networking, strategic outreach, and professional follow-up. The ideal candidate has experience in athletics, sports business, recruiting, athletic administration, sports marketing, sports psychology, or business development. **Responsibilities** * Identify and research prospective athlete, team, coach, and organizational partners * Conduct outreach to athletic departments, coaches, athletic trainers, agents, advisors, and performance professionals * Schedule introductory meetings for the founder * Manage CRM and outreach tracking * Follow up with leads and referral sources * Assist with conference and event networking opportunities * Help establish strategic partnerships throughout collegiate, professional, and youth sports * Support executive and corporate performance program outreach **Qualifications** Preferred: * Former collegiate or professional athlete * Sports industry experience * Athletic department experience * Sports agency, NIL, recruiting, or player development experience * Strong networking and relationship-building skills Required: * Excellent written and verbal communication * Highly organized * Self-directed and accountable * Comfortable conducting outreach and follow-up * Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn **Compensation** * Hourly rate plus performance bonuses * Long-term growth opportunity * Flexible remote schedule **To Apply** Please submit: 1.
