# Square Booking Page Setup – Nafees Innovations **Project Overview** Nafees Innovations is looking for an experienced Square specialist to build a clean, professional, and easy-to-use booking page for our STEM education programs. The goal is to create a booking experience that allows parents to easily view available classes, read class descriptions, select dates, and register their children. ## Scope of Work Using Square Appointments (or the appropriate Square booking tools), create a complete booking page that includes: ### Toddler STEM * **Ages:** 2–5 * **Schedule:** Every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturday * **Time:** 2:00 PM * **Duration:** 90 minutes * **Price:** $35 per student ### Elementary STEM * **Ages:** 6–11 * **Schedule:** Every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturday * **Time:** 10:00 AM * **Duration:** 90 minutes * **Price:** $35 per student ### Middle School STEM * **Ages:** 12–15 * **Schedule:** Every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturday * **Time:** 12:00 PM * **Duration:** 90 minutes * **Price:** $35 per student ## Requirements The booking page should: * Display each class as a separate service. * Show the class title for each scheduled date. * Allow parents to select available dates and times. * Display the number of remaining spots (or available capacity if supported by Square). * Include engaging class descriptions. * Have clean branding and a professional appearance. * Be fully functional and ready for public booking. * Be easy for our team to update with new monthly class titles. ## Deliverables * Fully configured Square booking page. * All recurring classes created. * Booking flow tested and working correctly. * Organized setup that can be easily maintained by our team. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience setting up Square Appointments or Square Online. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to create a polished, parent-friendly booking experience. * Excellent communication and quick turnaround. ## Timeline We are looking to have this completed **within the next 24 hours**. ### Bonus A **$50 completion bonus** will be paid if the project is completed successfully within 24 hours and meets all requirements. Please include examples of previous Square booking pages or similar scheduling systems you have built.
