Squarespace Website Designer needed for Booking page Setup & Contact Form Fix

Summary

Hi! I have a Squarespace website for my coaching business and I need two things fixed urgently. My contact form stopped sending submissions to my email about two weeks ago and I've been losing leads because of it. I also need a "Book a Call" button added to my Home page and Services page that links to my Calendly. The site is on Squarespace 7.1. Looking for someone who can handle this quickly and cleanly. Please share relevant Squarespace experience when applying.
