Squarespace + beehiiv setup & integration for a lifestyle brand launch About the project We're a new women's lifestyle brand centred on tennis, travel and padel, launching our first product (a retreat) in early November. Our branding is already done — logo, colour palette and fonts are defined and we have our copy. We're on Squarespace (Core plan) for the website and beehiiv for the newsletter. We need one person to build these out and, importantly, make them talk to each other cleanly so we can run it ourselves afterwards. What we need done 1. Squarespace site build — set up and build out our pages on our existing Squarespace Core plan using our brand assets. Clean, elegant, mobile-first. 2. Domain connection — connect our domain(s) to Squarespace and configure DNS correctly. 3. beehiiv newsletter setup — configure our publication and design a branded, reusable newsletter template that matches our look. 4. Custom sending domain — set up beehiiv to send from our own domain (SPF/DKIM/DMARC records) so emails come from us, not "via beehiiv". 5. Signup integration — embed our newsletter signup on the Squarespace site so new subscribers flow straight into beehiiv. 6. Automation — build a Zapier (or Latenode) automation that syncs customers from our Squarespace store into the correct beehiiv list/segment. 7. Testing & handover — test the whole flow end-to-end and provide a short walkthrough (Loom is perfect) so we can manage and update it ourselves. Must-haves — please only apply if you can answer yes to all - Demonstrated Squarespace 7.1 experience (portfolio required) - Demonstrated beehiiv experience specifically — not just Mailchimp/Klaviyo - Comfortable with DNS, custom domains and email authentication - Zapier automation experience Nice to have - Squarespace store / e-commerce setup (we'll be selling retreats, merch and gift cards) - Experience setting up Squarespace gift cards Timeline We'd like the build largely complete across September–October and fully live before our early-November launch.
