Staff Accountant

We are an outsourced CFO and accounting firm. We are seeking a long-term staff accountant to support multiple clients. This position is for someone can own full-cycle accounting, payroll processing, and monthly reporting. Experience with QBO, Xero, ADP, Paychex, Jobber, Service Titan, and similar platforms is required. This role will be full-time at 40 hours per week during EST business hours. We need a dedicated resource to join and grow with our team. This is a fast-paced environment, that requires more than a task master. We need an analytical thinker, problem solver, and accurate accountant. Additional experience with setting up integrations, using AI, or similar is an added benefit.
