Stakeholder Map for Key Accounts

We are looking for a highly detailed B2B researcher to build an accurate, comprehensive stakeholder and agency map for two major global enterprise accounts. The goal of this project is to map out the internal brand structures and external advertising agency partners for two specific multi-brand accounts. You will need to identify the exact decision-makers, their specific remotes/titles, and how they connect to their external media, creative, and digital agencies. Key Responsibilities: Internal Map (Brand Pods): Map out the key personnel across the digital, media, and brand management pods for each brand. We need to know who owns the strategic budget versus who owns tactical execution. External Map (Agency Ecosystem): Identify the exact holding companies and specific agency teams (Media buying, Creative, Digital/Social) assigned to these brands. Stakeholder Identification: Find the exact names, titles, locations, and LinkedIn URLs for key decision-makers (typically Directors, VPs, and Media Leads). Required Tools & Verification: You must have expert-level experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or equivalent enterprise research databases. Data Integrity is Critical: Every single contact and structural link must be verified. We will be performing strict spot-checks on the data provided before milestones are approved. Deliverables: A clean, highly organized sheet (Google Sheets or Excel) mapping the internal hierarchy. A visual chart or matrix (Miro, Lucidchart, or a structured spreadsheet layout) showing how the brand pods connect to their respective external agencies. The tools you currently have active access to (e.g., Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.). A sample of a previous stakeholder or organizational map you have built (with sensitive data blurred out, if necessary). If this initial phase is highly accurate, this will turn into an ongoing project to map out our broader account portfolio.
