Starlink ubiquiti Support and monitoring

**Job Title:** Network Monitoring & Starlink / Ubiquiti Troubleshooting Support I have a few client networks that I would like checked on a recurring basis, likely once per month per client, to verify network reliability, latency, uptime, packet loss, and any signs of connection drops. The goal is proactive maintenance, early issue detection, and simple client-facing reporting that helps show the value of our managed IT services. This should be a light monthly maintenance task, likely 15–30 minutes per client when everything is healthy. If issues are found, additional troubleshooting time would be approved as needed. **Responsibilities:** * Review router/firewall logs and internet reliability * Check client networks for latency, packet loss, uptime, and WAN drops * Identify ISP, firewall, cabling, DNS, or routing-related issues * Provide simple monthly reliability reports * Recommend fixes or improvements when needed **Preferred Experience:** * Ubiquiti / UniFi network equipment * Firewall and router diagnostics * Network monitoring, uptime reporting, packet loss testing * MSP or multi-client support experience When applying, please include: 1.
