Start-Up Valuation

I'm looking for an experienced business valuation professional or financial analyst to assist with a startup hospitality and membership-based business called Pawradise Park. Pawradise Park is a dog-friendly social club concept located in Los Angeles that combines an off-leash dog park, café, beer & wine bar, events venue, and membership community into a single destination. We are currently in the pre-opening phase and have already secured significant founder capital, investor funding, completed substantial construction and permitting work, and are actively preparing for additional fundraising opportunities. Our primary goal is not simply to generate a valuation number. We are looking for someone who can help us build a professional, defensible valuation package that can be presented to potential investors. This would ideally include: • A reasonable company valuation based on current assets, capital invested, development progress, market opportunity, and projected performance • Review of our financial assumptions and projections • Investor-ready charts, graphs, and supporting analysis • Identification of weaknesses, gaps, or assumptions that may be challenged during due diligence • Recommendations on how to strengthen our investment presentation and financial model • Documentation of valuation methodology and supporting rationale Please let me know: Your experience valuing startups, hospitality businesses, membership businesses, or entertainment concepts.
