Startup Bookkeeper & Accounting Assistant for Financial Documentation Organization

We are seeking a detail-oriented Startup Bookkeeper to organize financial records, maintain accurate bookkeeping, and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in documenting transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial information for management review. Scope of Work: • Organize financial documents and records • Categorize income and expenses • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Maintain bookkeeping accuracy • Assist with month-end reporting • Prepare documentation for accountant review Requirements: • Experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero • Strong bookkeeping knowledge • Financial documentation experience • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently
