Phase 1: Pre-Market & Strategy (The Foundation) ICP & Messaging: Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and craft the messaging that resonates with early adopters in the AI space. Pre-Launch Hype: Build and manage a waitlist/beta program to generate "day one" demand. Infrastructure: Set up our growth stack (CRM, Analytics, Email Automation, and Tracking) from scratch. Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis to position Onsight AI as the category leader. Phase 2: Launch & Execution (The Blast Off) Multi-Channel Acquisition: Launch and manage experiments across LinkedIn/X ads, SEO, cold outbound, and niche AI communities (Product Hunt, Reddit, etc.). Content Engine: Create (or oversee) high-signal content—whitepapers, case studies, or viral social threads—that demonstrates our AI’s unique value. Viral Loops: Design and implement referral programs and "built-in" growth mechanics within the product. Phase 3: Post-Launch & Scaling (The Engine) Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey to identify and fix leaks in the conversion funnel. A/B Testing: Constantly iterate on landing pages, ad copy, and email sequences to improve CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value). Retention: Work closely with the product team to ensure users are reaching their "Aha! moment" quickly. Requirements 5+ Years of Experience: Ideally in a high-growth startup or AI-focused company. Full-Stack Skillset: You are comfortable with SEO, paid social, basic HTML/CSS (for landing pages), and data visualization. Data Obsessed: You don’t make moves without checking the numbers. Proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, GA4, or HubSpot is a must. AI Native: You aren't just marketing AI; you use AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) to 10x your own productivity. The "Hacker" Mindset: You prefer finding a creative, low-cost way to get 1,000 users over spending $10k on a single ad campaign.
