Strategic Advisor/Creative Director

I am building a high-end editorial brand focused on creating bespoke heritage books for families. The project is already well developed (positioning, narrative, audience, tone), and I am working with a designer. I am not starting from scratch. I am looking for a senior brand strategist to act as a strategic and creative partner, helping refine, challenge, and elevate the brand. 🔍 Your role: Critically review the existing brand strategy Identify gaps, weaknesses, or inconsistencies Bring clarity, refinement, and stronger positioning (not a full rebuild) Guide high-level artistic direction (brand mood, atmosphere, color direction for story telling) Help make key decisions among design proposals (logo, visual direction, communication) Ensure overall coherence, distinctiveness, and premium positioning Act as a decision-making partner ⚠️ Important: This is not a design role. No logo, no graphic design, no execution. ✅ Ideal profile: Strong experience in brand strategy Ability to challenge and think critically Sensitivity to premium, cultural, and emotional projects Experience with high-end or editorial brands is a strong plus
