Strategic Advisor – Seed Raise & M&A Roadmap- Door Hardware

We are solving the industry's longstanding "Freight Lock" on oversized Garage Door hardware with a patent-pending modular system that enables components to ship via standard parcel instead of freight. Preparing for a seed raise and seeking a veteran to validate our trajectory. Ideal CAN include any or all of the below as well: Nearshoring: Shifting production to Mexico (USMCA) to eliminate tariff risks and enable JIT delivery for OEMs. Spec-In Model: Prioritizing institutional deals with national manufacturers over individual consumer sales. The Ask: 2–4 hours to pressure-test our exit roadmap and valuation. I am looking for you to define the market valuation and EBITDA multiples a company with this category monopoly should target for a strategic exit. Ideal Candidate: Former M&A or Executive lead from the building products, hardware, or national distribution space (e.g., ASSA ABLOY, Clopay, or similar).
