We are seeking a strategic partnership with a growth-focused firm or agency to drive marketing, sales, and customer acquisition for WorkYield (getworkyield.com), an HR tech platform built to modernize recruitment workflows. ABOUT US: WorkYield is a functional HR/recruitment SaaS product with a working platform and established domain expertise. We are currently exploring acquisition opportunities while simultaneously looking to accelerate revenue growth through a strategic operational partnership. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A results-driven partner or small agency with proven expertise in: • B2B SaaS marketing strategy & execution (content, SEO, paid acquisition, LinkedIn outreach) • Sales funnel development and lead conversion • Customer acquisition and onboarding optimization • Operational scaling support PARTNERSHIP MODEL: This is a revenue-sharing partnership, not a fixed-fee engagement. We are offering 30-40% of net revenue generated from new customers and growth initiatives you directly influence. • You earn based on actual revenue performance — aligned incentives • Transparent reporting and attribution tracking • Initial 12-month term with performance-based renegotiation • Potential for equity conversion or acquisition upside if we exit WHY PARTNER WITH US: • Product is built and functional — no development risk • 13+ years of founder expertise in HR/recruitment industry • Clear path to acquisition with potential upside for the right partner • Flexible, founder-led decision making IDEAL PARTNER: • B2B SaaS marketing/sales experience, preferably in HR tech or recruitment • Self-starter who can own growth end-to-end • Comfortable with performance-based compensation • Looking for a long-term strategic relationship, not just another client TO APPLY: Please include: 1.
