AI Strategy & Innovation Partner

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes AI—not just as a user, but as a builder, experimenter, and strategic thinker. This is not an engineering role and it is not primarily an execution role. We are looking for someone who can look at our business and continuously ask: 1. Where should we be investing our time and resources? 2. What emerging AI technologies should we be paying attention to? 3. What workflows should we rethink? 4. What opportunities are we missing? 5. How can we upgrade the way we upgrade? You'll act as a thought partner to leadership, helping us stay ahead of the curve while identifying practical opportunities to improve how we operate, serve clients, and build our business. ABOUT US We're an AI-focused company that spends an unhealthy amount of time testing new tools, workflows, models, agents, automations, and emerging technologies. We're looking for someone who shares that curiosity and obsession—but who also has enough real-world business experience to separate hype from value. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You likely have 5+ years of business experience in one or more of the following: - Operations - Project Management - Sales - Marketing - Communications - HR - Consulting You do not need to be a software engineer. However, you should be highly AI-enabled and comfortable experimenting with technology yourself. Examples of the type of person we're looking for: 1. You've built sophisticated AI workflows for yourself or your team. 2. You maintain a personal knowledge system (Obsidian, Notion, Logseq, etc.). 3. You regularly test new models, agents, MCPs, automation tools, and AI products. 4. You've built custom solutions using no-code, low-code, or code. 5. You have side projects, experiments, repositories, or documented systems you're proud of. 6. You naturally think in systems, leverage, and optimization. RESPONSIBLITIES - Identify opportunities to improve our business using AI. - Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks. - Recommend where we should invest our attention and resources. - Challenge existing assumptions and processes. - Conduct research and small experiments. - Provide strategic recommendations to leadership. - Help shape the future direction of our AI initiatives.
