Sue car dealership and bank

Summary

I was tricked to sign a 17% interest loan on a car. I wasn't told it was 17%, dealership didnt give my email and number so I wasn't able to access what I was paying monthly. My balance should've went down after a year of payment but it went up. I need to sue both dealership and the credit union in Salem, oregon for shady business.
