Super Finance VA

We run three businesses, two e-commerce brands and a coaching business and we're looking for one Finance VA to grow with us long term. This isn't a short contract. We are building something, and we want the right person to build it with us. Each business has its own accounts, banks, and payments that need to be made across the US and Hong Kong. You'll be the one person with full visibility across all three keeping everything reconciled, payments running, and make sure everything is 100% structured. We have accountants in place who review our filings at the end of the year but for those filings to go smoothly, our books need to be in order year-round. That's where you come in. You'll own our Xero bookkeeping across all three businesses, keeping everything clean, reconciled, and ready so that when our accountants step in, all is in order. What you'll own across 3 businesses: * Payments, vendor payouts, and transfers across multi currency accounts * Reconciliations and invoice tracking for each business separately * Communication with banks, payment processors (Whop, Stripe, Airwallex), and accountants * Coaching business finances client invoicing, payment tracking, chasing outstanding amounts * Financial trackers, dashboards, and SOPs built and maintained per entity * Month-end close support across all three with external bookkeepers You're the right fit if: * You have 5+ years in bookkeeping, finance ops, or a senior VA finance role * You're comfortable with multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction setups (US + HK) * You handle live payments and real accounts without supervision * You flag problems before being asked — you don't wait * You want a long-term role where you can actually build something, not just tick boxes * Full-time availability, every working day — this is your one job, not one of five Tools we work with: * Xero (must-have) * Stripe, Airwallex, Slash, Whop * Google Sheets * Claude dashboarding To apply, you are required to send a Loom video.
