Supplier Sourcing & Pricing Specialist (Federal RFQs)

We are looking for a detail oriented Supplier Sourcing & Pricing Specialist to support our federal contracting efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to research suppliers, contact vendors, and obtain accurate pricing for products and services listed in federal RFQs and solicitations. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to work with U.S. suppliers and can gather quotes quickly and professionally. Responsibilities • Research U.S. suppliers for products listed in federal RFQs • Contact vendors by email or phone to request pricing and availability • Gather quotes, lead times, and compliance details (e.g., country of origin) • Organize pricing information into clear summaries or comparison sheets • Ensure all quotes meet solicitation requirements • Communicate promptly and professionally with suppliers and our internal team Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience working with U.S. suppliers • Experience obtaining pricing for government or commercial RFQs • Strong research and communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines • Familiarity with federal solicitations (RFQs/RFPs) is helpful but not required Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting federal contractors • Understanding of Buy American/TAA compliance • Ability to source hard to find products Project Type Ongoing — we regularly pursue federal opportunities and need consistent sourcing support.
