Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational performance across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, fulfilment, third-party logistics providers, and operational teams. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to improve processes while managing a growing international operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are sourced, stocked, and delivered efficiently while maintaining high service levels and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. Monitor inventory levels and maintain healthy stock coverage. Forecast demand and coordinate purchasing activities. Track supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and operational improvements. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins. Logistics & Fulfilment Oversee warehouse and fulfilment operations. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Monitor shipping performance, delivery times, and operational KPIs. Resolve fulfilment bottlenecks and delivery issues. Implement systems to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Ensure inventory accuracy across multiple sales channels. Operations Management Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs. Monitor daily business operations and ensure targets are achieved. Create reporting systems and dashboards for management. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. Lead operational projects from planning through execution. Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership & Recruitment Recruit, onboard, and manage operations staff. Conduct interviews and hiring assessments. Set KPIs and performance targets for team members. Deliver coaching, training, and performance management. Build a high-performing operations culture focused on accountability and results. Manage remote and international teams where required. Data & Reporting Analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Produce regular performance reports covering inventory, fulfilment, purchasing, and logistics. Track key metrics including stock availability, supplier performance, order fulfilment, and operational efficiency. Present recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Essential 3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or procurement management. Experience managing suppliers and inventory. Experience leading teams and hiring staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes. Strong organisational and project management skills. Preferred Experience working with eCommerce or retail businesses. Experience managing 3PL and warehouse operations. Experience with inventory management systems. Experience managing international suppliers. Familiarity with procurement and demand forecasting.
