Summary

We're a fast-growing US-focused men's brand. We've scaled quickly on the marketing side and now need a supply chain manager to own the entire sourcing and logistics side so the founder can stay focused on growth. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO: 1. FACTORY SOURCING Identify and vet the best manufacturers for our product — real factories, not trading companies Focus on quality-first suppliers (we are upgrading from a generic dropshipping product to a premium branded product) Compare quotes, MOQs, and lead times 2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Help us turn our generic product into OUR own branded product Manage material upgrades, custom labels, and packaging Handle the full sample process with factories until approved We have a tech pack ready to share 3. LOGISTICS SETUP Recommend and help us set up the best fulfillment partner or third-party logistics provider for worldwide shipping (US-focused, over 90 percent of our volume) Compare options on receiving, storage, picking and packing, and shipping rates 4. NEGOTIATION Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment conditions with factories and logistics providers on our behalf MUST HAVE: Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English Proven experience sourcing in the apparel or accessories industry Experience distinguishing real manufacturers from trading companies Familiar with major sourcing platforms and factory clusters Experience with sample management and quality control Transparent, detail-oriented, responsive communication NICE TO HAVE: Experience with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands Knowledge of factory audit standards VOLUME CONTEXT: Currently three thousand units per month, growing Looking for a long-term supply chain partner TO APPLY, please share: Two or three examples of products you have sourced (with your specific role) How you verify a factory is a real manufacturer Your rate (hourly, or fixed price for a first sourcing cycle) One sentence in Chinese confirming you have read this, so we know you speak it Looking forward to working with the right person.
