Support Specialist - Excellent English skills

The Support Specialist is responsible for providing first response support to customers and clients and supporting the US Community Manager duties by reaching out to leads and current residents. Day-to-day duties may include but are not limited to general clerical tasks such as: answering phone calls, email correspondence, and administrative work. We ask that the remote team member has excellent typing skills, strong oral and written communication and the ability to work with a team.
