Support Technician

DPS Payments is a U.S. merchant services company based in New York. We set up restaurants, bars, and retail stores with point-of-sale systems and payment processing — and we support them after. The Job - Answer merchant support calls and fix issues over the phone - Program credit card terminals and POS systems through their web portals (Clover, Dejavoo, Valor, Genius, and more) - Manage our support ticket board from new issue to resolved - Coordinate installations with our field technician in New York No POS experience needed — we train you on everything, step by step.
