GuestShield (Holiday‑Let Operations Platform) About the Role GuestShield is a fast‑growing service designed to help holiday‑let owners handle guest issues, emergencies, and operational tasks with speed, clarity, and professionalism. We are building a system that combines automation, human oversight, and structured workflows to deliver a premium experience to owners. We are looking for a Systems Architect who understands service operations, property management workflows, and real‑world escalation logic. This is not a coding role — this is a thinking, mapping, and designing role. Your job is to design the operational engine that GuestShield runs on. --- Responsibilities • Map operational workflows for guest issues, emergencies, maintenance, owner communication, and trade coordination • Design escalation logic for different types of guest problems (noise, heating, access, damage, etc.) • Create clear, structured SOPs that can be automated or delegated • Work with our automation developer to translate workflows into Airtable, n8n, and portal logic • Identify operational risks and build processes that prevent failure • Build a system that is scalable, repeatable, and owner‑friendly • Help define the “GuestShield standard” for service excellence --- Ideal Candidate You should have experience in at least one of the following: • Holiday‑let operations • Property management • Hospitality operations • Service delivery management • Emergency response workflows • Process design / business systems • Customer support architecture You must be someone who: • Thinks in systems, not tasks • Understands real‑world edge cases • Can design processes that work at 2 AM, not just on paper • Communicates clearly and simply • Can turn chaos into structure --- What You’ll Be Building You will architect the core GuestShield systems, including: • Issue intake and triage • Emergency escalation • Owner communication rhythm • Trade coordination workflows • Quality control loops • SLA standards • Internal dashboards • Service playbooks This is the foundation that will allow GuestShield to scale to hundreds of owners. --- Why This Role Matters Our automation developer can build the tools.
