TEST BATCH | Italian Ad Video Editor (10 Videos)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented video editor to help create high-performing ad creatives for our ecommerce brands. Most of the work involves adapting existing winning ads into Italian. We already provide the voiceovers, scripts, examples, and raw footage. Your job is to assemble engaging ad creatives using our existing assets and create compelling visual storytelling. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent volume and room to grow. Workload: Approximately 200–300 ads per month. Responsibilities: ▪ Create Italian ad creatives based on existing English and German winning ads ▪ Edit short-form and long-form Meta ads (primarily Facebook & Instagram) ▪ Match provided Italian voiceovers with relevant visuals and B-roll footage ▪ Select and organize clips from our raw video library ▪ Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and other elements when needed ▪ Maintain a clean, conversion-focused editing style ▪ Contribute new creative ideas and angles when appropriate Requirements: ▪ Experience editing ecommerce ad creatives (Meta/TikTok preferred) ▪ Ability to understand ad structure, hooks, and direct-response marketing principles ▪ Fluent in Italian (native or near-native preferred) ▪ Strong attention to detail ▪ Fast turnaround times and reliable communication ▪ Comfortable working independently Nice to Have: ▪ Experience with Shopify brands ▪ Experience translating or localizing ads for different markets ▪ Familiarity with Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools ▪ Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, etc.) We are looking for someone long-term who takes pride in creating high-converting ad creatives and wants to grow together with a fast-moving ecommerce team.
