Tableau Expert Consultant We are seeking an experienced Tableau Expert Consultant to support our ongoing data and business intelligence initiatives. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our reporting capabilities by designing intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and improving the overall stakeholder experience across existing Tableau environments. Key Responsibilities -Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. -Improve the UX/UI and usability of existing dashboards to enhance adoption and end-user experience. -Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data visualizations. -Support the prioritization and execution of a growing backlog of reporting and dashboard requests. -Provide recommendations on Tableau best practices, dashboard performance, and visualization standards. Desired Experience: -Proven expertise in Tableau dashboard development with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI best practices. -Experience creating visually compelling and highly usable dashboards for business users and leadership teams. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. -Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements -Candidate must be based in Europe, ideally able to collaborate effectively with teams across the UK and Sweden. -Immediate or near-immediate availability is strongly preferred due to current project demand and backlog priorities.
