CV Tailoring Specialist (Long-Term Opportunity | Base + Commission)

I'm looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join a growing career services business on a long-term basis. This is not a typical VA role. I have developed a proven methodology for tailoring CVs, identifying strong opportunities, and generating interviews for clients. I am looking for someone who can learn the process, execute consistently, and grow with the business over time. You do NOT need previous CV writing or recruitment experience. I can teach the process. I can teach the methodology. I cannot teach work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, or the ability to follow instructions. What I'm Looking For: * Excellent written English * Strong attention to detail * High level of personal responsibility * Consistent work ethic * Ability to follow detailed SOPs * Coachable and willing to learn * Reliable internet connection * Available for ongoing work * Hungry and ambitious Responsibilities: * Tailor CVs to specific job descriptions using our methodology * Analyse job adverts and identify key requirements * Match client experience to employer requirements * Rewrite and optimise CV content * Follow detailed SOPs and frameworks * Maintain application tracking systems * Support job application activities * Complete tasks accurately and on time What Success Looks Like: The right candidate will be able to: * Quickly understand job requirements * Tailor CVs accurately * Follow instructions without constant supervision * Produce consistent, high-quality work * Continuously improve over time Trial Process: Successful applicants will complete a paid trial project at an introductory rate.
