Talend Developer - Salesforce/Epicor Integration

We run Talend as the middleware layer connecting our Salesforce CRM, Epicor ERP, and Azure Data Warehouse. Several existing Talend jobs are failing or behaving unreliably, and we need someone who can quickly get into the existing job design, identify the root cause of the failures, and implement fixes to get these running correctly and consistently again. What you'll be doing: - Reviewing existing Talend job designs, logs, and error output to diagnose why jobs are failing - Fixing broken or misconfigured jobs (mappings, connections, scheduling, error handling, etc.) - Testing fixes to confirm jobs run cleanly end-to-end before handoff - Documenting what was wrong and what was changed, so our internal team can maintain it going forward - Communicating clearly about root cause, not just patching symptoms What we're looking for: - Strong hands-on experience with Talend Studio / Talend Data Integration (not just familiarity, actual job-building and debugging experience) - Comfort troubleshooting integration failures: connection errors, schema mismatches, job dependencies, scheduling issues - Experience with API-based or database integrations (SOAP/REST, SQL) a plus - Prior experience integrating Salesforce and/or ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) is a strong plus, but not required - Clear communicator who can explain technical issues in plain terms How we work: We'll give you access to review the existing jobs and error logs, and can walk through what we're seeing. We're looking for someone who can move quickly, since these failures are actively impacting our data flow between systems.
