Talent Acquisition Product Tester

We are looking for an experienced HR Tech / Talent Acquisition professional to conduct competitive research in the fraud detection and candidate verification space. Responsibilities: - Schedule and attend product demos with vendors - Ask structured questions about features workflows and integrations - Take detailed notes and record each session with proper consent - Record audio summaries using tools like Otter or a mobile device - Deliver a clear structured summary and comparison for each product Nice to have: - Experience with ATS platforms staffing or HR tech - Familiarity with identity verification or fraud detection tools Deliverables: - Recorded sessions where permitted ($20 bonus) - Written summaries of each demo (concise and structured) - Feature comparison matrix across vendors - Key insights strengths weaknesses and positioning Compensation: $100 per completed demo package (demo attended + summary delivered) $20 bonus for recorded video when permitted Requirements: - Strong communication skills during live demos - Ability to ask thoughtful probing questions (not just follow a script) - Deliver summaries within 24 hours of each demo
