Talent Development & Training Specialist **ClaimUp | Remote | Full-Time** Build the people who power some of the fastest-growing personal injury law firms in the United States. This role is ideal for a Case Manager, Paralegal, or legal support professional with personal injury experience who has also trained, coached, onboarded, or supported other team members in the past. The Role We are looking for a Talent Development & Training Specialist to own the learning and development experience for the professionals we place inside our client firms. you will not be working directly within law firm workflows or handling client casework. This role goes far beyond delivering onboarding sessions. You will help shape how people learn, develop, perform, and grow throughout their journey at ClaimUp. You will build training systems, coach professionals, identify performance gaps, and create the structure that turns new hires into high-performing team members. Your work will directly impact talent performance, client satisfaction, and retention. What You'll Own Build Training Systems * Create onboarding programs that help new hires become productive quickly. * Develop role-specific playbooks, SOPs, job aids, and learning resources. * Design client-specific training programs aligned with firm workflows and expectations. * Convert operational workflows, recordings, and subject matter expertise into structured training content. * Organize and maintain training libraries inside our LMS. * Continuously improve training materials as processes evolve. Deliver Training * Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development sessions. * Lead workshops focused on quality, communication, documentation, compliance, and role-specific skills. * Support new hires through their critical first weeks. * Create refresher training programs that address recurring performance challenges. * Measure training completion, engagement, and learning outcomes. Coach & Develop Talent * Conduct regular check-ins with professionals across multiple client accounts. * Provide coaching and support to improve performance and confidence. * Partner with Talent Managers to identify and address performance risks early. * Help create a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. * Support intervention plans and retraining efforts when performance gaps emerge. Improve Performance at Scale * Track training effectiveness and connect learning outcomes to performance metrics. * Identify recurring skill gaps and propose new development initiatives. * Gather feedback from talents, managers, and clients to improve programs. * Help build the training infrastructure needed to support ClaimUp's long-term growth. * Recommend new learning tools, processes, and systems that improve training efficiency. What Success Looks Like * New hires ramp faster and perform confidently. * Training programs are documented, organized, and scalable. * Role-specific learning paths exist for all major positions. * Talent performance improves through proactive coaching and development. * Retention increases because people feel supported and invested in. * Clients see stronger performance and consistency from their teams. * Training content stays current as client workflows evolve. What We're Looking For * Experience with Personal Injury law firm workflows (Case management, prelitigation or litigation) * Experience in training, learning & development, coaching, instructional design, talent development, or workforce enablement in bpo or virtual environments. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to engage and coach professionals across different personalities and experience levels. * Experience building training materials, SOPs, playbooks, or learning programs. * Ability to convert complex operational processes into simple, easy-to-follow training. * Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. * Experience in staffing, BPO, legal support, or remote workforce environments is a plus. * Experience administering or building courses within learning management systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS, LearnWorlds, Moodle, or similar platforms is a plus. * Experience with Google Workspace, documentation systems, and remote collaboration tools.
