Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant based in Egypt to support our recruitment and research efforts. Your first assignment will be to identify reputable HR and recruitment companies in Egypt, contact them professionally, and help arrange introductory meetings with our management team. This is a remote position. After the initial recruitment project, you may also assist with general research, administrative, and marketing support, depending on business needs. Initial Responsibilities: HR & Recruitment Research (Primary Task) - Research reputable HR and recruitment agencies across Egypt - Identify agencies with experience recruiting technology, design, and administrative professionals - Collect company information and contact details - Reach out via email, LinkedIn, or phone (where appropriate) - Introduce our company professionally - Help schedule meetings between our team and shortlisted HR companies - Maintain an organized spreadsheet of outreach activities and responses Future Responsibilities (As Needed) Depending on workload, you may also assist with: Research - Market and competitor research - Product and pricing comparisons - Online research tasks - Preparing organized reports and summaries Administrative Support - Meeting notes and summaries - Spreadsheet management - Documentation - Data entry and organization Marketing Support - Basic Shopify product updates - Help Center articles and FAQs - Screenshot and screen recording tasks - Influencer and audience research Requirements - Must currently reside in Egypt - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong research skills - Professional communication skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable communicating with businesses by email and phone - Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office - Able to work independently Nice to Have - Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant - Experience working with recruitment agencies or HR - Familiarity with LinkedIn - Basic Shopify knowledge - Marketing or administrative support experience To apply, please include the following in your cover letter: 1.
