Talking Head Video Editor Needed for Turkish-Language Content

Job Description: We're looking for a skilled video editor to handle ongoing editing of talking head videos in Turkish. This is a long-term, recurring position for the right person. What you'll be doing: Editing talking head style videos (raw footage of a person speaking to camera) Content will be in Turkish — you don't need to speak Turkish, but you should be comfortable following pacing/timing cues even without understanding the language Adding captions/subtitles, cuts, b-roll, transitions, sound design, and pacing edits based on our style guide Delivering polished, publish-ready videos Volume: Approximately 70-100 videos per month Consistent, recurring workload — we're looking for a long-term collaborator, not a one-off gig What we provide: Detailed style guides and editing reference documents Raw footage and any supporting materials needed Clear feedback and revision notes Bonus structure: Performance bonus available when videos exceed a defined view-count threshold Hiring process: Before hiring, we'll ask shortlisted candidates to edit one sample/test video based on our style guide. If the result matches what we're looking for, we'll move forward with the ongoing collaboration.
