Tamil Video Creator Needed for Mobile App Ads

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking AI video creator to produce a short animated advertisement for our mobile app. Tamil is mandatory. The creator must be able to write natural, error-free Tamil and create Tamil captions and voiceover suitable for audiences in Tamil Nadu. This is a paid pilot project. If the result is good, we may provide regular app-ad projects. Pilot deliverable: • One 45-second animated mobile app advertisement • Vertical 9:16 format, 1080 × 1920 • Strong attention-grabbing hook in the first 2 seconds • Combination of our actual app screens and AI-generated visuals • Natural Tamil script, captions and voiceover • Background music and sound effects licensed for commercial use • Final MP4 without a watermark • Two revision rounds • Full commercial advertising rights • Delivery within 2–4 days Preferred tools: Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut.
