Tanzanian appointment specialist

We are looking for an outstanding Appointment Specialist to join our team. As an Appointment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to call potential clients and schedule meetings. We are looking for a confident, communicative individual with excellent telephone skills. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities: 1. Call potential clients and contact key personnel (e.g., purchasing managers, product managers, marketing managers, etc.) to introduce SRESKY and its services. 2. Obtain email addresses from key personnel and, if possible, their phone numbers to establish communication channels. 3. When necessary, schedule video conferences or face-to-face meetings to visit key personnel. 4. Contact clients during local weekdays and normal business hours. If client visits are required: 1. Freelancers will act as our local liaison representatives when visiting clients. 2. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for client visits has been uploaded to the platform. 3. Travel expenses during client visits will be 1.1 times the invoice amount. 4. The visit time will be determined by our company based on Google Maps and the actual time provided by the freelancer. 5. After the visit, a summary report must be submitted according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the information obtained.
