US Tax & Bookkeeping Professional – Business Setup Support

We’re seeking an experienced US accounting professional to support a single-member LLC in organizing its accounting, payroll, and business tax setup. The project includes reviewing the current business structure, helping organize information needed for an S-Corp election, supporting an owner payroll setup, and bringing approximately five months of bookkeeping records up to date. Strong experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero is preferred, and CPA, EA, or equivalent US tax experience is a plus. The professional should work according to applicable tax, payroll, and state requirements and clearly explain any information or documentation needed from the client. Only necessary business records will be shared through appropriate secure methods; no passwords or unnecessary personal information will be requested.
