Tech Nerd - SmartSuite Expert Needed

I’m looking for a highly experienced SmartSuite specialist to help solve a structural issue across two active solutions in my workspace. This is a live operational system, so accuracy, caution, and a clear implementation plan are essential. The setup I currently have: 1. People & Performance This is where I manually enter staff hours and hourly rates, which calculate wage overheads. 2. Weekly Incentives This solution pulls the actual wage cost from People & Performance and uses that data in formula fields to calculate ROI targets and incentive eligibility. The issue At present, when I update a team member’s hours or hourly rate in People & Performance, those changes flow through and recalculate historical records in Weekly Incentives. That is not what I want. I only want changes to apply from the point of update going forward, while preserving historical records exactly as they were at the time they were created. What I need I need someone who can assess the current structure and propose a safe, practical workaround that prevents retroactive changes to historical incentive records. The ideal outcome is a solution that: •Preserves historical accuracy. •Prevents past records from changing when pay rates or hours are updated. •Protects the integrity of active formulas and live records. •Avoids breaking existing workflows or dependencies. Can be explained clearly before any implementation begins.
